The process of manufacturing bespoke jewellery is a meticulous art that combines creativity, technical precision, and skilled craftsmanship to materialize your unique vision. Initiating your bespoke jewellery making journey involves capturing your concept or inspiration, whether rooted in a specific material (such as gold, diamonds, or gemstones), a personal narrative, or a bespoke design envisioned by you. This is initiated through our Online Bespoke Form.
After reviewing your submission, a detailed sketch or 3D CAD image will be created for your approval. This allows for your final design review and endorsement, cost estimation, and production initiation after an initial payment.
This step involves crafting a prototype or wax model of your jewellery piece. This process entails injecting commercial wax into a rubber mold using a wax injector machine to create wax models utilized in casting.
Following the wax model’s completion, the casting process unfolds. The wax model is encased in mold material, heated to eliminate the wax and form a cavity mirroring your jewellery’s design. Molten gold metal is then poured into the mold, solidifying as it cools to fashion the metal framework of your bespoke jewellery.
Post-casting, artisans meticulously set stones, a process requiring precision, patience, and a keen eye for detail. Various setting techniques like prong, bezel, or pave settings are employed based on the design and stone type to ensure secure and visually captivating placement.
Once the structural elements are in place, the jewellery undergoes a polishing phase to enhance its luster and refine finishing touches.
Adhering to stringent quality standards, the finalized piece undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure every facet meets exacting requirements, ensuring structural integrity and stone quality.
